Land in the region with a local base
LAND is how founders get a real presence in a new market: a legal address, a company set up locally, a workspace to operate from and the curated community that makes market entry stick.
Operators and experts on the ground across MENA, Türkiye & Central Asia — one team, eight markets.

How we run hubs
A community first, a space second
- A hub is a curated B2B AI community, not a rebranded coworking space.
- The space is an operating tool for the community, not the product.
- Access is linked to B2B AI relevance, maturity and community fit.
- Every hub connects into the wider regional platform.
FAQ
Questions founders ask before landing
Is this just coworking with a new name?
No. The hub starts from the community and the market entry work. The address, the legal setup and the desks are the tools that make it operational.
What does the business address actually cover?
A legal, fiscal and commercial head-office address you can put on official and commercial documents, with mail reception, notification, forwarding and scanning.
How fast can my company be incorporated?
In most of our markets a standard structure is set up in a few weeks once documents are complete. We scope the exact timeline in the first call, per market.
Do I have to be physically present?
Not full time. Many teams start with the address plus community access and use flexible workspace when they travel, then move to residency once a local team exists.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on the market and the package — address only, address plus workspace, or full landing with legal setup. Tell us your target market and we send a quote.
Can you open a hub in my country?
Yes. We partner with local operators who already run credible spaces and networks. If that is you, use the market picker below to start the conversation.
